Multi-operator  ticketing schemes and Quality Contracts could become much more commonplace across Britain’s bus networks under industry reforms proposed by the Competition Commission. These are two of the key remedies to foster greater competition proposed in the Commission’s provisional report on the bus industry outside London and Northern Ireland.
