Gareth Hughes has become Marston Group’s chief executive officer, taking over from Frank Millerick, who has retired after 23 years with the firm. Hughes has been deputy chief executive at the firm for the past two years.

The announcement coincided with the news that Marston Group has received institutional funding from Inflexion Private Equity.
