The Welsh Government has revealed an expected 23% cost increase in the on-going project to dual part of the A465 Heads of the Valleys road, where the Government is now in dispute with its contractor.
The problems relate to the five-mile section between Gilwern and Brynmawr, where construction began in early 2015 with planned completion next year, later deferred to spring 2019.
