Derbyshire County Council has dropped its plan to scrap a young persons discount scheme for bus and train travel. The B_line card gives 16-19 year olds 25 per cent off adult fares in Derbyshire and Derby city. Derbyshire had planned to withdraw from the scheme as part of budget saving proposals for 2020/21.
