New bus and coach registrations fell 32 per cent in 2020 to 3,996 vehicles, the worst total since records began, according to the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT).
Deliveries rose 15.8 per cent in the first quarter but then slumped because of Covid-19. Registrations in the fourth quarter were down 35.4 per cent to 1,221 registrations.
