Lilian Greenwood, minister for the future of roads, visited GRIDSERVE’s Electric Forecourt on the A1(M) at Junction 7 near Stevenage.
During the visit, Greenwood toured the facility, which provides 34 EV charging bays, a Costa Coffee and a Little Fresh ‘Good To Go’ convenience store powered by Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology. There is also an EV experience zone for those yet to make the switch to electric.
