Simplified sanctions to replace Asbos

Anti-social behaviour orders (Asbos), used to tackle problems such as graffiti and public drunkeness, will be replaced as part of a simplification of the system of sanctions available to tackle low level crime and disorder in England and Wales, the Home Office has announced.
