Councillor John Bint’s response to the letter from Campaign for Better Transport chief executive Stephen Joseph suggests that Mr Bint is unaware of the links between so-called ‘green’ groups and extreme socialism, and their use of what is euphemistically called ‘environmentalism’ as a means to a political end (Letters LTT 19 Apr & 17 May).
