I’d like to respond to Roger Sexton’s letter criticising the carriage of bikes on buses (Letters LTT 21 Aug).
I was a regular user of bikes on bus services in the mid-1980s when working on cycle projects across Scotland. The bikes were carried in the boot of the vehicle.
