Scotland launches first managed motorway

Scotland’s first system of mandatory variable speed limits will go live on the M90 in Fife next month. Lower mandatory speed limits will operate at times of heavy traffic on the northbound section of the M90 between the Admiralty and Halbeath junctions. A bus lane has also been installed.
